A huge Royal Farms gas station and convenience store are proposed for the corner of Livingston Road and 210, across from B&J’s.  The project would cover all four lots there — from the highway to Biddle Rd.  After a scathing hearing process before the zoning hearing examiner (ZHE), we’re working on our appeal to the District Council.  The community has been overwhelmingly opposed to this project from the beginning — filling the fire hall at GACA meetings to express their displeasure, writing hundreds of letters, sitting for hours or even days to testify against it.  With your help, we intend to defeat this project.
