On September 4, 2014, the Calvert County Circuit Court issued a ruling on outstanding motions in our Public Information Act case.  At issue was our demand that Calvert County provide answers to our discovery requests, and our request for summary judgment on whether or not County Attorney John Norris had denied our request for a fee waiver.  The Court ordered Calvert County to turn over the discovery answers, but declined to grant summary judgment.
