On July 23, 2014, the Board of Public Works granted Dominion Cove Point’s wetland license for Offsite B (the property in Solomon’s Island that would be used as an industrial staging ground for the proposed LNG export terminal). According to that license, Dominion is allowed to begin construction on October 1, 2014. We have filed a motion to prevent any work from beginning at Offsite B while this case is being reviewed.
