In February 2015 we filed and appeal of Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Nance’s decision against us.  We are now in the Maryland Court Of Special Appeals, awaiting a hearing date.  In June 2014, we filed case no. 24C14003896, appealing the Maryland Public Service Commission’s decision in granting Order No. 86372.  Their decision allows for the construction of a 130 MW power generating station at the Dominion Cove Point LNG facility in Calvert County.  The proposed LNG export facility cannot function without this power generating station.
